Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to residents, including treatment, program implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. Deliver therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

About Our Management Partner Infinity Rehab assists healthcare providers with oversight and execution of in‑house therapy services. We provide systems, compliance oversight, staff training, MDS optimization, and management needed to run a successful program. Infinity Rehab partners with Nightingale Health Services and View Ridge Health and Rehabilitation.
