BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide 1:1 home care for clients in the Wilmington, DE area. Part‑time and full‑time opportunities are available. Join our home care team where you will be valued, respected, and heard.
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care and support with activities of daily living
Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers (including use of mechanical lifting devices)
Perform home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making, etc.
Qualifications
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
Proof of training: 75 hours or more as required by the state of Delaware

Weekly pay – starting at $17.85/hour with $18.85/hour shift differential
