Role Description This is a contract role for a Speech Language Pathologist, located on‑site in Nashville, TN. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders. The role involves developing and implementing treatment plans, working directly with patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and conducting therapy sessions to improve communication abilities and address swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Work directly with patients to improve communication abilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Conduct therapy sessions, including those addressing swallowing disorders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and evaluating speech impairments.
Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
Proficiency in managing Dysphagia and related treatment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field.
A valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience in clinical or educational settings is preferred.
