Passionate about improving patients' quality of life through recreation and therapy
Minimum of one year of experience in a medical rehabilitation setting
Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy required
Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or eligibility within six months of hire strongly preferred
Chauffeur's license preferred

What You Will Do
Assess patients' functional performance levels and develop individualized recreational therapy plans based on interdisciplinary team input and established program standards.
Implement therapeutic recreational activities to promote patient rehabilitation.
Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure therapeutic interventions are appropriate for the age population served and aligned with departmental scope of service.
