Responsibilities

1 on 1 Patient Care

Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment

Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts

Assist patient in daily activities

Take and record vitals

Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

Active IL NURSING LICENSE

Current CPR Certification

Prior Experience with G‑tube, Trach, & Vent cares
