Retention Bonus: $5,000!
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:3 day shift, 1:4 night shift

What You Will Do
Implement the nursing process with patients including carrying out physician's orders regarding diet, medication and treatment in accordance with Firelands standards of care.
Perform assessments; monitor and ensure quality care through observation and evaluation; document nursing interventions on care plans, medical records, and report findings to physicians as needed.
Instruct patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care directed towards a safe discharge.
Respond to emergencies; maintain availability of medications and supplies; ensure cleanliness of equipment and environment.
Demonstrate service excellence and act as an ambassador and advocate for FRMC.
What You Will Need
Must have a current Ohio RN license and CPR prior to patient care experience.
Current ACLS and Basic EKG required or obtained within 6 months of hire and remain current.
PCCN certification preferred within 2 years in area of expertise.
Excellent organizational, customer service skills, and computer proficiency are a must.
