Position Details
Merakey is seeking a
Full-Time Respiratory Therapist
to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in
Crafton, PA .
This professional role involves delivering respiratory care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, while maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with current respiratory therapy standards and state regulations. The position reports to the Respiratory Manager and follows a schedule of three 12‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends.
Shift Information
1st: 6:30 AM‑7:00 PM – 3 × 12 plus rotating weekends
3rd: 6:30 PM‑7:00 AM – 3 × 12 plus rotating weekends
Pay
Base rate: $29.00/hr.
Enhanced Pay for full‑time roles (30+ hrs/week): +$2.00/hr.
3rd‑shift differential: +$2.00/hr.
Weekend shift differential: +$4.00/hr.

Requirements
Certified or registered respiratory therapist (CRT or RRT) with a current Pennsylvania license.
Genuine interest in working with persons with physical and developmental disabilities.
One year of current respiratory experience preferred.
