Jefferson City Manor is hiring Charge Nurses (LPN or RN) for onsite 12‑hour shifts. As a Charge Nurse, you will lead the care of residents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments. Assess residents’ needs and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers. Communicate with families and staff to address concerns or changes in condition. Lead and motivate a team of Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment. Requirements
Current LPN license or RN license. BLS certification. Experience in long‑term care. Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Leadership and organizational abilities. Problem‑solving skills. Compassionate, empathetic nature. Benefits
