RN Registered Nurse (Full Time Days) – Specialty Hospital Monroe, LA
Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Monroe, LA. Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
Additional Qualifications
Active RN license in Louisiana or a compact state.
1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
