TravelNurseSource is partnering with Wayward Medical Staffing to find a qualified OR RN for the Pagosa Springs Medical Center. The role involves circulating in the operating room for 5 days a week, 8‑hour shifts over a 13‑week contract.

Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.

Ensure patient safety and participate in pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op processes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active RN license in Colorado.
Valid BLS certification.
Completion of CEU reminder/collection.
Core mandatory Part I, Part II (Nursing), and Part III training.
Experience as an OR RN preferred.
