HYBRID Remote Primary Care FNP – Bilingual Spanish (Downtown Manhattan – must live in NYC metro)
Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 per year.
Hybrid remote full‑time position (Monday–Friday, no weekends). Preferred candidate: Board‑Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active NY State Provider license, at least 1 year of provider experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care. Must be fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to all age ranges, improving quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with specialists, the Medical Director, and a multi‑cultural patient population.
Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, manage chronic conditions, and educate patients on healthy lifestyles.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and refer patients to specialists when needed.
Administer immunizations.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA privacy regulations.
Participate in quality improvement efforts and committees to enhance patient care.
Support patient‑centered medical home goals and financial sustainability.
Qualifications
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
Active NY State Provider license in good standing.
Minimum one year provider experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
