Job Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well-being.
Collaborate with other dietitians and the facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care.
Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.
Job Requirements
Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
State licensure as required by state.
Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
