Join Thrive Therapies as a Bilingual School‑Based Speech‑Language Pathologist. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Base pay range $52.00/hr - $59.00/hr
$500 signing bonus eligibility
Up to 37.5 hrs/week following the school calendar.
As a bilingual SLP at Thrive Therapies, you will partner with schools to create high‑impact support systems for students with diverse needs, using data‑driven practices, relational excellence and a deep belief in every child’s potential.
Requirements
Hold a master’s degree in speech‑language pathology from an accredited institution
Fluent in Spanish
Current CCC from ASHA
Active license from the Texas Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences
Pass a background check before employment
