About the Role Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment in a Dialysis setting in Geneva, New York. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and supplies.
Observe, record, and report patient responses and vital signs throughout treatment.
Administer prescribed medications and assist with access site care.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system.
Promote patient education regarding dialysis care and healthy lifestyle habits.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Active NY LPN license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in LPN Dialysis.
