Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA
Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, 8:00 pm–8:00 am (overnight)
Type: Private Duty Nursing (LPN/LVN)
About the Role Provide skilled nursing care to a toddler requiring a feeding tube, ensuring high‑quality care and comfort during overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
Administer and monitor feeding tube nutrition and hydration
Assess and document patient condition, vital signs, and response to therapy
Implement care plans and modify interventions as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and family for care coordination
Maintain accurate electronic documentation in the company tablet system
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); will be provided after hire if needed
TB skin test within last 12 months
Reliable transportation
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
