Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $67,400.00/yr – $72,800.00/yr.
Pay per visit: $65-$70 (30–90 minutes). Mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and high-quality care that meets the needs of the client and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results, developing a plan of care including skilled interventions and goals appropriate to the client's needs, and creating and implementing speech and language treatment plans in conjunction with the physician
Assist pediatric and adult patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning and improve their level of independence and quality of life
Coordinate care with referring physician and other health care organizations and personnel to ensure safe, appropriate, and effective care for the client
Instruct client, family/caregiver, and other organization health care personnel in the client's treatment plan as indicated
Identify client and family/caregiver needs for other services and refer as appropriate
Prepare and submit documentation per organization policy
Maintain clinical competency in the theory and practice of speech-language pathology
Schedule Part‑time: 10–20 visits per week.
Requirements
Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP)
ASHA Certification or documentation of passing the PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
Active SLP license in the state of Utah
Active BLS certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Minimum of 1‑year clinical experience in Speech‑Language Pathology is preferred, but not required
