Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
Provide direct patient care and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient and visitor safety.
Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (all SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by state).
