How You Will Make a Difference
Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
What You Need To Make a Difference
Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
Hold current/active CPR certification.
Be customer‑service oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
Excel in technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
