We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMHC) to join ViaQuest, Inc.’s Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions team in Sheridan, IN.
Base Pay Range: $52,000.00 / yr – $57,000.00 / yr.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments. Provide patient visits as scheduled. Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client. Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes. Communicate and follow up as needed regarding the client's status. Collaborate with case managers and psychiatric service providers. Requirements
Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling. Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LCSW or LMHC. Preferred 2 years of therapy and counseling experience. Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area. Benefits
