Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Hospital/Skilled Nursing Facility Hourly salary ranging from $30–$34. Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care.

The Licensed Vocational Nurse will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

We are scheduling multiple shifts including:

7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

We offer opportunities for both School and Home settings. Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Perform other LVN duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state in which the LVN practices.

Current Health Certificate (per facility).

Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.

Current BLS card.
