Base pay range $34.90/hr - $52.35/hr

Location Winston Salem, NC, United States

Sign‑On Bonus This position is Sign‑on Bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements!

Where You Will Work This is a Medical-Surgical unit where you will care for a broad range of patients within our Family Medicine service. This is a great place to start and grow your career as an RN, as you will get experience caring for a wide variety of patients!

We’re Looking For

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
