Description

Become part of an inclusive organization with over 40,000 teammates, whose mission is to improve the health and well‑being of the unique communities we serve.

At UNC Health Pardee, we are committed to delivering whole‑person, integrated care that meets patients where they are. This Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is primarily embedded in the Employee Health setting, serving as a key member of the Pardee@Work clinical team to address behavioral health and wellness needs of our employed teammates and staff in real time. This clinician provides brief, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and acute/episodic event support, while also coordinating care and connecting patients to additional resources when longer‑term or specialty services are needed.

The clinician in this role will work side‑by‑side with our clinic's licensed medical providers, nurses, and support staff to facilitate timely access to behavioral health care. The position is well‑suited for the clinician who is flexible, collaborative, creative and skilled in providing targeted, solution‑focused support in a relaxed and welcoming medical environment.

This is more than a therapy role—it’s a unique opportunity to shape how behavioral health and well‑being services are delivered in a setting dedicated to employed UNC Health Pardee teammates and staff.
