Position Overview
Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Harbour View Office located at 5849 Harbour View Blvd, Suffolk, Virginia 23435. Status:
Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 - $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
Sign on Bonus: $7,500
Mon 8a-6p, Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p, and 1 Saturday/month 8a-12p. Flexible schedule and can accommodate 4 or 5 days/week.
Average Patients Per Day: 8

Responsibilities
Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort.
