Licensed Practical Nurse_LPN
Salary Range:
$32.00 To $34.00 (Hourly) Stevens Treatment Programs – Swansea, MA

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Department and support the medical and healthcare needs of adolescents in our residential and transitional living programs. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role for a nurse who values working as part of an interdisciplinary team and building meaningful relationships with youth.
About the Role Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports the day‑to‑day healthcare needs of youth at Stevens, helping ensure timely, comprehensive, and coordinated care in a residential treatment setting. The LPN provides direct nursing support including medication administration, health screenings and assessments, follow‑up care coordination, documentation, and health education, while supporting regulatory compliance and quality care standards. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast‑moving, team‑based environment.
What We’re Looking For
Current Massachusetts LPN license
Minimum two years post‑licensure experience
Experience in community health, social services, or adolescent care preferred
Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
Comfort working with adolescents who may have mental health or behavioral challenges
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Schedule & Compensation Full‑Time,
Hourly (Non‑Exempt)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 am–6:00 pm, with flexibility
Pay Range:
$32–$34/hour, depending on experience
