Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Full Time Dayshift
Hours:
7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Sign‑On Bonus:
$10,000
Pay:
Up to $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential:
Competitive for nights and weekends

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
Insert and remove endotracheal tubes
Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives
Teach and counsel patients and families
Minimum Requirements
Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
Current state licensure required
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire (Agency RT must have ACLS on first shift; PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire)
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of related experience preferred
