Position Type: Part-Time* to start, with willingness to move toward full-time hours

About The Role We are seeking an experienced and licensed Christ-centered therapist who is highly trained and specializes in couples and trauma therapy, who will provide excellent clinical care to every individual who walks through our doors. This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Lakewood, CO.
At Cornerstone, a part-time caseload can take three-six months to build.

What We're Looking For Cornerstone places a high value on finding the right fit for our team and for our clients. The below outlines the requirements, preferences and expectations for our clinicians.
Required
Active CO license: LPC or LMFT (pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered)
At least one advanced certification (BSP, EMDR, EFT, Gottman, IFS, etc.)
A strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
Experience and passion for working with couples and/or individuals with trauma
Alignment with Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith
Strongly Preferred
A minimum of 2,000 post-licensure hours
Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy or the Gottman Method
Additional trauma-informed trainings (Brainspotting, EMDR, etc.)
Training or experience working with neurodivergent clients
Your Commitment
Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)
Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with willingness to increase hours as the caseload fills
Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
