Incentives & Compensation:

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

for Full-Time LPNs

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

for Part-Time LPNs

$2.00 Shift Differential

for PM & NOC shifts

Competitive pay

(with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate)

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor vital signs

Support resident care plans and clinical documentation

Lead and guide CNA staff

Promote resident safety and comfort

Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active

LPN License

in Wisconsin

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A passion for caring for the aging population

New graduates

strongly encouraged
