Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN) – $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Join NaphCare, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN or LVN) at the Arizona Department of Corrections – Phoenix, located in Phoenix, AZ. Pay rates range from $32.00 to $34.00 per hour based on shift, site needs, hire status, and experience. Full Time, Part Time, or PRN availability, with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
