Base pay range $52.00/hr - $58.00/hr
Continuum Rehab Group provides in‑house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana and Missouri! We offer an excellent total compensation package, including
Competitive pay rates – $52–$58, dependent on experience.

Licensure reimbursement (after 1 year of employment).
Mentorship & training program, and a clinical excellence program that allows you to apply for specialty certification paid for by CRG.

Experience/Qualifications Must have graduated from an accredited university and have a valid (or in‑process) license in the appropriate state. This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
Some Duties for This Position Include
Utilize evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical‑functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provide skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Supervise physical therapy assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
