Now Hiring (LPNs) Schedule options:
PRN – 24 hours per week, inclusive of one week per month.
PRN Premium – 36 hours per week, including every other weekend.
Day Shift 7 am–3 pm.
Evening Shift 3 pm–11 pm.
Night Shift 11 pm–7 am.
Summary/Objective In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the residents we serve, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
LTC/SNF experience preferred.
