Join Devereux as a Clinician – Trafford (Rutland, MA).
We offer a competitive base salary starting at $60,000/year, with additional compensation for higher education or relevant experience up to $66,280/year. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is also provided.
Location & Schedule The position is located in Rutland, MA and operates Monday through Friday. You may choose between 8:00 am‑4:00 pm or 9:00 am‑5:00 pm with an on‑call rotation.
Responsibilities As a Clinician you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), positive behavior support plans, in‑vivo coaching, assessment of functional skill level, and clinical consultation to direct care staff and families. You will collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to deliver individual, group, and family therapy within a trauma‑informed care milieu.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
Relevant behavioral experience required.
Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation in Rutland, MA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑4:00 pm.
