Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist
Location: Aicota Nursing Home, Aitkin Health Services and Vitality Health
Position type: Full‑time, benefited, .8-1.0 FTE
Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings: This position will primarily be working in SNF/LTC, OP, HH, and ALF/IFL. This position could also have the opportunity for leadership.
