Position Overview: We’re seeking a refined, compassionate, and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping patients transform their health and appearance while providing a concierge-level experience in a modern, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new client consultations, wellness assessments, and follow-ups.
Develop and manage personalized hormone therapy and medically assisted weight loss treatment plans.
Prescribe and oversee therapies including testosterone, estrogen, thyroid optimization, peptides, semaglutide, and tirzepatide.
Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization.
Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.
Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.
Represent the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in hormone therapy, weight management and functional medicine preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished presence with a passion for luxury wellness and patient experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
