Compensation Compensation:

$27.49 - $36.44. The final job offer is based on several factors (internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials).

Additional Compensation:

Sign on bonus of $3,000 for limited license or $6,000 for full license

Job Summary We are seeking an SUD Outpatient Therapist. As a Network180 employee assigned to Corewell Health’s Addiction Clinic (CHAC), the person in this role will provide clinical expertise to a multi-disciplinary clinical team, ensure the provision of therapy services, as well as the appropriate access to behavioral health care records and the successful integration of the CMH authority’s responsibilities to individuals served within the Corewell Health system of care.

This position is full-time, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Most work is at Corewell Health Addictions Clinic, Sheldon BLVD SE Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI with flexibility for remote work 1-2 days per week.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.

Limited or full licensure (full licensure preferred) in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three (3) months of hire.

CAADC credential or development plan to obtain or eligible to begin a development plan; CAADC credential must be obtained within three years of hire.

Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.

Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to interact positively with individuals from widely diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and differing abilities.

Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Full licensure.

At least three years of experience with co-occurring disorders.

Experience in evidence-based practices of care, including motivational interviewing, CBT and/or DBT.

Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued
