TravelNurseSource is partnering with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN. The role involves caring for adult patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. Responsibilities include:
Assessing patient conditions
Administering medications
Documenting care
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and discharge planning
This 12‑hour shift position includes weekend, holiday, and occasional floating requirements. Onboarding and compliance typically take 4–6 weeks to complete.
Requirements
Active RN License (NC or Compact)
BLS certification with expiration date
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
Active state or Compact RN License
