This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychiatric Registered Nurse located in the Wichita, Kansas Metropolitan Area. The Psychiatric Registered Nurse will provide mental health care to patients by offering support, treatment, and education. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive psychiatric care. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, offering crisis intervention, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and confidentiality. Qualifications

Expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Mental Health Care Knowledge and experience in Psychiatry and Medicine Professional Nursing skills with a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong understanding of patient care and mental health treatment protocols Effective communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Experience with crisis intervention and patient advocacy is a plus Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing or a related field; certifications in psychiatric or mental health nursing are preferred
