Work hours:
Full Time – 40 Hours; Evenings; 11:00am – 9:30pm (10‑hour shifts) four shifts per week; On‑call shift requirements—2 on‑call weekend shifts per 6‑week schedule.

Here’s What You Need
Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or Diploma Nurse Program
BSN preferred
Two years of experience as a registered nurse in PACU, ICU, Telemetry or Surgical inpatient preferred
RN – Registered Nurse upon hire
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care, maintained quarterly
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support required 90 days
PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred upon hire
ONS – Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate preferred upon hire
What You Will Do
Deliver care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
Assess the patient
Plan the care of the patient
Intervene as appropriate
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
Incorporate age‑specific safety/infection control measures into patient care
Initiate action to meet patient and/or significant other’s need for information
Maintain continuity of patient care inter‑shift, inter‑hospital, and while expediting out‑of‑hospital transfers
