Crisis Specialist (40 hours) - Bullhead City
role. Our Crisis team provides behavioral health, prevention, education and crisis stabilization services for children, adolescents, adults, senior adults, families, schools, neighborhoods, organizations and businesses by delivering phone, walk‑in and in‑home crisis counseling. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, a self‑starter, organized, and compassionate.

Full‑time: Wednesday–Saturday (5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
Shift differentials: $3 per hour for evenings, $4 per hour for weekends.
Language differential for bilingual candidates is available.
The
Crisis Specialist
will assess individuals in crisis, including substance use, psychosis, paranoia, suicidality, and domestic‑violence victims. Collaboration with Police, Fire, and community organizations is essential, and the role requires skill in de‑escalation and facilitating clients’ immediate solutions.
Your Duties (Not Limited To)
Provide phone, walk‑in and in‑home crisis counseling to facilitate immediate emotional and behavioral stabilization, focusing on mentally ill, children/adolescents, suicide risk, and family concerns.
Develop short‑term crisis management plans with clients or families when appropriate.
Assist clients in developing an action plan and make referrals to other agencies or long‑term counseling.
