Responsibilities As a Clinical Supervisor, you will:
Coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for hospice patients.
Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
Orient new employees and serve as a key member of the care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care.
Qualifications
BSN preferred. Current RN license required.
2-3 years of supervisory experience in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment.
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lbs.
