Overview
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health in Ronceverte, WV. The PT will provide expert, patient-centered care and work in a supportive, fulfilling environment.

Responsibilities
Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations.
Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence.
Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
Document services accurately for billing.
Supervise PT Assistants and Aides in direct patient care per state practice act.
Qualifications
Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist Education program.
Current licensed PT in WV and CPR certification (required; CPR may be completed upon hire).
2+ years of adult PT experience, home health preferred.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills; problem solving and basic math skills.
Additional Job Information Adoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services, an affiliated company, will initially employ the successful candidate by Amedisys until January 1, 2026, after which employment will transfer to Adoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services. Employment decisions will be supervised by Adoration Home Health / BrightSpring Health Services.
