The Role We are seeking
Certified Doulas
to join our growing
CannaMommy AI Doula care team . This role offers unmatched flexibility, autonomy, and purpose. You will provide virtual (telehealth) and optional in‑person doula support while leveraging our AI‑enhanced platform to streamline care, documentation, education, and client connection.
This is a
doula‑first platform —technology supports you, not the other way around.
What You’ll Do
Offer optional in‑person support based on your availability and location
Support clients using holistic, non‑judgmental, mother‑centered care models
Collaborate with the CannaMommy AI Doula system to deliver personalized education, resources, and care plans
Participate in client messaging, virtual check‑ins, and care coordination
Uphold trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive practices
Maintain required documentation and professional standards

Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
Insurance credentialing experience a plus (not required)
Compensation
$45–$65 per hour , depending on experience and credentials
