Required License/Registration/Certification Current Kentucky State Physical Therapy License
Physical Requirements Lifting, pushing or pulling objects greater than 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods of time
Shift Day-Shift: Primarily weekends, weekday hours may be available
Job Summary This position will perform physical therapy evaluations and render physical therapy treatments following a physician’s order. Will treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. Will perform appropriate documentation in the medical record.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Excellent communication and computer skills, necessary. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
