Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Ultrasound Department, PRN, Baptist ED North
Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures in the Ultrasound Department at Baptist ED North. This is a PRN position with various shifts.

Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.
Promote goodwill among co‑workers and other departments and maintain a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
Comply with mandatory education and health requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years experience working in a hospital setting.
1–2 years experience in a hospital‑based ultrasound department.
Ultrasound experience; experience with vascular ultrasound.
Customer service experience.
Education
Vocational school; associate's degree preferred.
License and Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Registered Technologist in Sonography ARRT (S) required.
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) required.
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) preferred.
Registered Technologist in Vascular Sonography ARRT (VS) preferred.

Must pass certification in Sonography from the ARDMS or ARRT (S) within 18 months of hire date. Pediatric and ED experience preferred.
