Integral Care-Austin, TX 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Integral Care has three ACT teams that support clients with complex mental and physical health needs. The teams include social workers, counselors, housing specialists, substance use counselors, peer support specialists, a registered nurse and an advanced practice nurse. The ACT teams serve adults who live with mental illness and substance use disorder, focusing on frequent psychiatric emergencies, chronic homelessness and frequent criminal justice involvement. Services include 24‑hour crisis support, one‑on‑one emotional support, medications, housing support, nursing services and skills building. The team promotes health by partnering with primary care providers, hospitals, police, attorneys, payees/guardians and more. Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this position, and a flexible work schedule may be required. Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field. License
Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience
Mental health experience preferred. Hours
Full‑Time. Workdays
Monday – Friday (rotating on call after hours/weekends/holidays). Workhours
8:00AM – 5:00PM (rotating on call after hours). Salary
$24.18 – $25.39 per hour based on education plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. Why Join Us
