Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home‑based services throughout the East Coast. We seek RBTs to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Job Type: Part‑time, with possibility for full‑time. $1,000 Onboarding Bonus.

Responsibilities
Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, following patients’ treatment plans.
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
Qualifications
Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
