Join Eden Senior Care’s Evansville Manor as a PRN Physical Therapist. We are looking for a skilled therapist to provide rehab services across multiple service locations. Earn a $750 sign‑on bonus upon start. Position is PRN (Per‑Diêm).

Provide cost‑effective treatments to improve patient motion and mobility.
Reduce medication use and offer alternatives to surgery.
Develop and tailor care plans using various treatment techniques.
Create fitness‑and wellness‑oriented programs for patients’ specific goals.
Deliver evidence‑based, personalized care and proven interventions.
Motivate patients during treatment to help them function at their best.
Promote a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Consult and collaborate with other health professionals.
Evaluate progress, monitor outcomes, and communicate results.
Document patient care services accurately.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a physical therapist.
Intensive education and clinical expertise.
Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of treatment practices.
Strong drive for continual learning and growth.
Professional behavior and excellent interpersonal communication.
Valid license to practice physical therapy.
Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy (preferred).
