Responsibilities
Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate health records
Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Adhering to infection control and safety measures to maintain a healthy environment
Requirements
Current NY State LPN license
Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
