What You'll Do Drive Clinical Excellence
Provide specialized pharmaceutical care for infusion therapy patients across all age groups
Apply your expertise in chemotherapy preparation and IV admixture compounding
Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing optimization
Lead medication therapy management initiatives
Ensure medication accuracy through comprehensive order verification
Conduct clinical interventions and adverse drug reaction monitoring
Maintain strict adherence to National Patient Safety Goals
Manage formulary compliance and therapeutic alternatives
Partner with physicians on complex medication regimens
Provide drug information expertise to the entire healthcare team
Mentor and guide pharmacy technicians
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Bring Required:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Expertise in aseptic technique and sterile compounding
Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
2 years of infusion experience
Ideal Candidate Has:
Infusion therapy or oncology pharmacy experience
USP 797/800 compliance knowledge
Passion for direct patient care
Leadership mindset with attention to detail
