is a growth-oriented, child-centered practice with a collegial and supportive culture that values collaboration and professional autonomy. We’re seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Alpharetta, GA and help children, teens, and families thrive.
Location:
Alpharetta, GA (In-person required)
Compensation:
$65,000–$95,000 per year (combined salary + incentives) + $5,000 sign‑on bonus
Employment Type:
W-2 Employee, Full-Time
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence‑based individual, family, and group counseling.
Maintain communication regarding treatment progress with referral sources and provide aftercare plans and follow‑up care.
Ensure proper care of clients as mandated by ethical guidelines and coordinate with other treating professionals.
Ensure proper and timely documentation of services provided.
Work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral Degree in a counseling-related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).
Licensed in Georgia as LPCC, LICSW, LMFT, etc. and in good standing with the Licensing Board.
Ability to work a minimum of 27 clinical hours (Full‑time).
Ability to work at our Alpharetta office.
