Role Description This is a full‑time or part‑time on‑site role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist located in Tampa, FL. The therapist will work with infants, children, and adolescents to assess motor development, movement patterns, strength, coordination, and functional mobility. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, providing early intervention services, delivering engaging, evidence‑based therapy sessions, monitoring progress, adjusting intervention strategies, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare or educational professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs.

Provide early intervention services and deliver evidence‑based therapy sessions.

Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and progress.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare or educational professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Strong skills in pediatric motor development, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re‑education.

Experience with pediatrics, including infants and early intervention (0–3 years).

Ability to connect with and motivate children of all ages and abilities.

Excellent communication, family‑training, and interpersonal skills.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

Experience in clinical, outpatient, home‑based, or educational settings is a plus.
